利用高温高压哈氏合金反应釜对P110SS油套管钢在不同H2S和CO2环境下的腐蚀行为进行了实验。研究了H2S和CO2分压对P110SS油套管钢腐蚀规律的影响,利用SEM、EDS、XRD等方法分析了腐蚀试样的微观形貌与结构特征,发现P110SS在较低温度条件下,H2S浓度非常低时,腐蚀特征与单纯CO2腐蚀规律相似,腐蚀速率比较高。在相同的H2S分压条件下,随CO2浓度增加,腐蚀速率依次增加。通过应力腐蚀开裂试验表明,P110SS在高温205℃条件下应力腐蚀开裂敏感较小。
The corrosion behavior of P110SS oil casing steel under different H2S and CO2 environments was investigated by means of a high temperature and pressure Hastelloy reactor. The effects of H2S and CO2 partial pressure on the corrosion of P110SS oil casing steel were studied. The microstructure and morphology of the corrosion test specimens were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. It was found that under low temperature conditions, H2S concentration Very low, the corrosion characteristics and the simple CO2 corrosion similar to the law, the corrosion rate is relatively high. With the same H2S partial pressure, the corrosion rate increases with the increase of CO2 concentration. Stress corrosion cracking test shows that P110SS is less susceptible to stress corrosion cracking at 205 ℃.
