经纤维内镜电凝切息肉已广泛用于临床。此种方法对有蒂息肉效果良好,但要切除广基或无蒂息肉,有一定困难。为此,我们采用纤维胃镜下注射酒精法治疗这类胃息肉共10例,收到满意效果。一、临床资料本组病例均经过胃镜检查确定诊断。息肉直径<0.5cm者1例,0.6～1cm者6例,>1cm者3例。均为单发息肉,呈半球形4例,乳头形5例,分叶形1例。息肉表面光滑者2例,充血、水肿、糜烂者8例。8例在息肉部位及远离息肉部位有浅表性炎症,余2例仅远离息肉部位有浅表性炎症。经病
Endoscopic coagulation polyps have been widely used in clinical. This method has a good effect on pedunculated polyps, but to remove radical or polyps, there are some difficulties.
