目前我国高职高专企业经营管理实务课程教学,存在着理论和实践指标不够协调、教学模式无差异,学生自主学习动力不强、应用手段落后、考核模式单调、师资条件薄弱等隐患。在此类背景下,笔者基于企业经营管理实务课程教学目标,进行处于核心的实践教学模式创新整改,全程提供实践质量较高的教材内容,力求令授课教师管理能力得以大幅度提升,迅速搭建起专业化实践教学引导平台。长此以往,为后续实践教学管理体系完善,提供丰富的指导经验。
At present, there are some hidden dangers such as the lack of coordination between the theoretical and practical indicators, the insignificance of the teaching modes, the weak motivation of autonomous learning, the backward application means, the monotonous assessment mode and the weak teachers’ condition. Under such background, based on the teaching objectives of the course of practice of business management, the author carries out the innovative rectification of the practical teaching mode at the core, providing the contents of textbooks with high practical quality throughout the course so as to enable the management ability of the instructor to be greatly enhanced and quickly set up Professional practice teaching guide platform. Over time, for the follow-up practice teaching management system perfect, provide rich guidance experience.
