我是山西长治市残联聋人协会主席,最近遇到一个难题:我市今年进行中小学人事制度改革,规定所有1987年以后任教的民办、代课教师,要一律辞退。我们襄垣县特教中心校,有二名高中学历的民办教师(女均系残疾人),她们是1989年秋,创建襄垣聋哑特教班时开始任教的。十多年来她们艰苦奋斗认真教学,将一个班扩大至独立的特教中心学校。她们是经过专业培训的骨干力量,辞退她们会影响学校教学工作,但又不能不执行市里的改革决定,我们不知该怎么办好?另 I am chairman of the CDPF Deaf Association in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province.
