以微晶纤维素和异氰酸苯酯为原料 ,合成了纤维素 三 (苯基氨基甲酸酯 ) (CTPC) ,并涂敷于氨丙基硅胶上 ,制备成手性固定相 (CSP)。用高效液相色谱法 ,在正相条件下分离了 6种有机膦酸酯对映体 ,在正相、反相两种条件下 ,对 1 1种药物对映体进行拆分 ,并对实验结果进行比较。在反相情况下 ,考察了流动相甲醇 水配比对华法林对映体分离的影响。
Using microcrystalline cellulose and phenylisocyanate as raw materials, cellulose tris (phenyl carbamate) (CTPC) was synthesized and coated on aminopropyl silica gel to prepare a chiral stationary phase (CSP) . Six kinds of organic phosphonate enantiomers were separated under normal phase condition by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the enantiomers of 11 kinds of enantiomers were resolved under the conditions of normal phase and reversed phase. The results are compared. In the reverse phase, the influence of mobile phase methanol-water ratio on the separation of warfarin enantiomers was investigated.
