矿用圆环链是刮板运输机最重要的机件之一,随着机械化采煤的发展,对圆环链提出了越来越高的要求。我厂生产的φ18×64圆环链,要求破断强度已由原来的32吨提高到目前的41吨(C级)。自1966年以来,西安交通大学等院校和有关单位曾协助我厂对矿用圆环链做了大量的试验研究工作。本文是在这些研究工作的基础上,从圆环链的失效分析入手,从充分发挥材料强韧性出发,介绍圆环链热处理工艺——中频热处理以及强化圆环链的其它途径。一、矿用圆环链的服役条件和失效分析 1.服役条件圆环链结构如图1所示,其服役条件是:(1) 承受拉力;(2) 由脉动负荷产生的疲劳;(3) 链环与链环之间,链环与链轮
Mine ring chain scraper conveyor is one of the most important parts, with the development of mechanized mining, the ring chain put forward higher and higher requirements. The φ18 × 64 circular chain produced by our factory requires the breaking strength to increase from the original 32 tons to the current 41 tons (C grade). Since 1966, Xi’an Jiaotong University and other institutions and related units have assisted our factory to do a great deal of experimental research on mine circular chain.
