合成了以聚醚为主链带有醚键侧链并适当交联的条状多烯多胺树脂,并在此基础上合成了相应的具有半EDTA结构的亚按二乙酸型螯合树脂。对胺化及羧化反应条件和在不同酸度下,对不同金属离子吸附性能及吸附选择性进行了初步研究。胺羧化树脂在pH=6时对Cu~(2+)的吸附容量最大,对不同金属离子的吸附能力次序为:Cu~(2+)>Fe~(3+)>Ni~(2+)>Pb~(2+)>Hg~(2+),树脂经再生后仍具有较好的吸附性能。合成中采用先抽提后洗涤的树脂处理方法,可提高洗Cl效果5~8倍。
A polytetramethylene polyamine resin was synthesized with polyether as the main chain with ether-bond side chains and cross-linked properly. On the basis of this, a corresponding sub-diacetic acid chelate resin with half-EDTA structure was synthesized. Ammonia and carboxylation reaction conditions and under different acidity, the adsorption properties of different metal ions and adsorption selectivity of a preliminary study. Amine carboxylation resin has the largest adsorption capacity for Cu 2+ at pH = 6. The order of adsorption capacity for different metal ions is Cu 2+ + Fe + 3 + Ni 2+ + )> Pb ~ (2 +)> Hg ~ (2+), the resin still has good adsorption performance after regeneration. Synthetic resin used in the first extraction after washing method can improve the effect of washing Cl 5-8 times.
