考察一个企业一个单位一个领导者成绩的优劣,作用的大小,贡献的多少,改革的成败,标准之一就是效率。效率,是工作成效和管理水平的重要标志。在改革的时代,时间是最宝贵的,所以说效率就是金钱。所谓效率就是指在一定时间内完成规定的工作(任务)量,并达到质的标准。在实际工作中,处于不同层次的人对待充分利用时间,提高工作效率的态度是不尽相同的。作为企业领导一旦掌握了现代管理方法,就会创造出各具匠心的领导和管理艺术,使工作效率不断提高。
