企业通过绩效考核能够清楚掌握每个员工的工作动态,根据考核结果又能为企业的管理与发展决策提供具有价值的参考,从而引导企业朝着更加健康、长远的方向发展。但为了保证绩效考核客观、科学、有效,必须要随着企业与市场的变化,对绩效考核管理进行改进与创新,这样才能使绩效考核对企业的发展始终发挥出积极的作用。本文基于作者自身的实际工作经验,主要对企业绩效考核管理的改进与创新提出了部分探讨性建议,以期能进一步提高企业绩效考核工作的有效性,促进企业发展。
Enterprises through the performance appraisal to clearly grasp the work of each employee, according to the assessment results for the management and development of decision-making to provide valuable reference to guide the business toward a more healthy and long-term direction. However, in order to ensure objective, scientific and effective performance appraisal, it is necessary to improve and innovate performance appraisal management with the changes of enterprises and markets so that performance appraisal can always play an active role in the development of enterprises. Based on the author’s own practical work experience, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement and innovation of enterprise performance appraisal management in order to further improve the effectiveness of enterprise performance appraisal and promote the development of the enterprise.
