随着知识经济时代的到来,行业之间、企业之间的竞争焦点也逐渐从物质资源转移到了人力资源上。因而,在企业获得核心竞争优势中物质资源已不再是一枝独秀,智力资本屹然成为企业生存和发展的源泉。知识型员工作为企业最重要的人力资本,是主要依靠智力投入工作,是极具创造性精神的群体代表。中高层知识型员工更是对企业的发展起着至关重要的影响作用。本文以激励理论为依据,在物质、精神等多方面对企业中高层知识型员工构建一个科学合理的激励机制,希望给企业HR提供一定的建议。
With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the focus of competition among industries and enterprises has gradually shifted from material resources to human resources. As a result, material resources are no longer unique in the company’s access to core competitive advantages, and intellectual capital has become a source of survival and development. As the most important human capital of a company, a knowledge worker is a representative of a group that is highly creative and who mainly relies on intellectual input. The middle-level and high-level knowledge workers also play a crucial role in the development of the company. Based on the motivation theory, this article builds a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism for high-level knowledge workers in the company in material and spiritual aspects, hoping to provide certain suggestions for the enterprise HR.
