信息化社会的到来,给人们的生活带来了便利的同时,也给人才的发展与培养带来了新的挑战,如何在未来的生存环境下更好地培养人才,成为教育领域的重要研究课题。提出在以学习个体为中心的个性化教学中,自主学习互动教学模式是一种可行性较高的模式,在此做出理论上的探索与可行性的论证。对当前终身学习理论做出有效的教学一线的探索。在以人为本的教育理论框架指引下,争取让每一个学习者都能成为新时代自主学习的一分子,以增加在未来生活中的竞争力,形成一个以学习为社会风气的信息时代。按照建构主义的思路把学习个体的自主学习水平分为自知、自制、自主和自强四个水平。所以,一个学习个体自我的水平把握,与教育者的相应指导,即“启发、引导、促进和帮助”四个方向完成因材施教的完美教学。
