随着幼儿教师职业的发展,对于幼儿教师英语水平的要求也越来越高,学前英语课堂教学面临着巨大挑战。学生基础差、注意力不够集中等问题困扰着学前英语教师;幼教工作的特殊性,要求学前英语教师首先要有合理的知识结构、广泛的兴趣和才能,具有活用和迅速更新知识的能力。英语教学能力是学前英语教师必备的基本素质之一,随着幼儿园对双语教学的重视,学前英语课程正扮演着越来越重要的角色,适当的教学模式才能让学生学好应该掌握的知识。分析学前英语专业学生的基本素质要求以及教学中存在的问题基础上,探讨小组合作教学模式的组织与实施。
With the development of kindergarten teachers ’occupation, the requirements for kindergarten teachers’ English level are also getting higher and higher. Preschool English classroom teaching is facing great challenges. The problems of pre-school English teachers are plagued by such problems as the poor foundation of students and the lack of concentration. The specialties of preschool education require that preschool English teachers first of all have a reasonable knowledge structure, a wide range of interests and talents, and have the ability to utilize and rapidly update knowledge. English teaching ability is one of the essential qualities of preschool English teachers. As preschool attaches importance to bilingual education, preschool English courses are playing an increasingly important role. Appropriate teaching mode can make students learn the knowledge they should possess. Based on the analysis of the basic quality requirements of preschool English majors and the problems existing in teaching, this paper discusses the organization and implementation of the group co-teaching mode.
