关于营口中板厂、鞍钢中板厂耐火混凝土加热炉炉顶鉴定意见一九七六年六月“冶金部耐火混凝土加热炉炉顶鉴定和经验交流会”对营口中板厂、鞍钢中板厂加热炉采用的“凸”字形(原称“⊥”形)炉顶进行了鉴定,鉴定意见是:1.“凸”字形磷酸耐火混凝土炉顶已使用了三年以上,矾土水泥耐火混凝土炉顶已使用了一年半,都仍在继续使用中,比耐火砖砌筑的炉顶寿命显著延长。2.这种炉顶板可以不停炉进行拆换,有利于提高轧机效率,增加轧钢产量。3.“凸”字形炉顶板构造形式比较合理。4.目前,“凸”字形炉顶未采取保温措施,热损耗较大。磷酸耐火混凝土炉顶造价偏高,须研究降低成本措施。会议认为:“凸”字形耐火混凝土炉顶的使用是成功的,效果较为显著,在平顶加热炉上可以推广采用。

The meeting held that: The use of “convex” shaped refractory concrete stove tops is successful, and the effect is more significant. It can be popularized in flat-top heating furnaces.
