我国对青少年田径运动员的力量和速度力量训练,习惯采用双腿负荷的训练方法。本文结合青少年田径运动员的生长发育特点,谈点单腿训练的问题,供从事青少年田径训练工作的教练员们参考。在大多数跳跃项目中蹬地都是用单腿来完成的。研究表明,跳远、三级跳远和跳高起跳时,单腿承受的负荷是本人体重的5-7倍。不难理解,对于这种超负荷应该从小有计划地进行训练,特别是对青少年运动员更应如此。然而,在训练实践中我们却不难发现,不仅是青少年田径运动员,就是训练有素的运动员几乎都是用双腿来完成大部分训练的。
Our country trains athletes strength and speed strength training, accustomed to using two legs load training method. In this paper, the characteristics of the growth and development of young athletes, talk about the issue of single-legged training, for trainers engaged in track and field training of young people for reference. It is not difficult to understand that for this overload should be planned from an early age to train, especially for young athletes even more so. However, in practice, we can easily find that not only young athletes but also trained athletes perform most of the training with their legs.
