本文应用有轴向负荷及均布压力共同作用下的壳体轴对称变形理论,研究了卡瓦体内悬挂管柱的理论承载能力的计算问题。文章分析了苏联达烈扬的计算方法和API推荐公式的某些不足之处。根据理论计算,文章认为国产卡瓦以最大工作负荷作为卡瓦性能的主要指标,易引起误解,建议把可下入井深作为卡瓦性能的主要指标。文章最后根据新的计算方法制定了国产卡瓦使用API规范的各种钻杆的最大理论悬重表,以供现场使用参考。
In this paper, the axial symmetry deformation theory of the shell under axial load and uniform pressure is used to study the calculation of the theoretical load bearing capacity of the suspended string in Kapwa. The article analyzes some shortcomings of the calculation method and API recommendation formula of Dary Janjan in the Soviet Union. According to the theoretical calculation, the article thinks that the domestic slips take the maximum workload as the main index of slips performance, easy to cause misunderstanding, it is recommended to put into the well depth as the main index of slips performance. Finally, according to the new calculation method, the article has made the maximum theoretical hanging weight table of all kinds of drill pipe made using API specification for domestic kava, which can be used as reference for on-site use.
