高校思想政治教育承担着对大学生价值引导、行为规范、政治动员等的重要任务。微博是目前人们使用最为频繁的社交平台之一,因此,采用微博动员是高校思想政治教育工作的必然之举。通过分析影响微博动员的因素,如主客体、策略和话题内容等,解读如何影响微博动员效果的发挥。高校思想政治教育者利用这些因素,构建微博动员三级框架,采用情感动员策略和选择贴近实际的话题内容,发挥高校思想政治教育对大学生的导向作用。
The ideological and political education in colleges and universities shoulders the important task of guiding college students in their values, standardizing their behavior and mobilizing political power. Weibo is currently one of the most frequently used social platforms, therefore, using microblogging is an inevitable course of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. By analyzing the factors that affect the microblogging mobilization, such as the subject and object, strategy and topic content, the interpretation of how to influence the effect of microblogging mobilization. Taking advantage of these factors, college ideological and political educators build a three-level framework for the microblogging mobilization, and adopt the strategy of emotional mobilization and selection of topics that are close to the actual topics to give play to the guiding role of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to college students.
