基于2008—2009年河北省5054户城镇住户调查数据,运用双栏式模型对居民户内粗粮消费的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,从整体来看,家庭收入和粗粮价格对城镇居民粗粮消费的参与决策和支出决策均有显著影响;面粉价格的提高将导致粗粮消费减少;城镇居民户内粗粮消费量与户主文化程度、家庭人口规模以及家庭是否有老人等变量呈显著的正相关,且粗粮的消费量逐年增加;经济越发达的地区对粗粮的消费可能会减少。通过对家庭收入划分为五个收入群体进行分析,发现家庭收入仅对低收入户粗粮消费有显著正向影响。最后建议从消费者、企业和政府三个层面采取有效措施扩大粗粮消费。
Based on the household survey data of 5054 households in Hebei province from 2008 to 2009, the author uses double-column model to analyze the influencing factors of household coarse grains consumption. The results show that household income and coarse grain prices all have a significant impact on decision-making and expenditure decision-making of urban residents for coarse grains consumption; the increase of flour prices will lead to the reduction of coarse grains consumption; the indoor coarse grain consumption of urban residents and the education level of head of household , Family size and whether the elderly and other households have significant positive correlations, and the consumption of coarse grains increased year by year; the more economically developed regions may reduce the consumption of coarse grains. By dividing household income into five income groups, it is found that household income only has a significant positive impact on the consumption of coarse grains for low-income households. Finally, we propose to take effective measures to increase the consumption of coarse grains from the perspectives of consumers, enterprises and the government.
