作者对多发性硬化(MS)作了脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEPs)及核磁共振(NMR)对照研究,证实了BAEPs对脑干不同水平病灶的定位价值.本组43例(男16女27),年龄16~63岁,均为近二年住院病人.根据Poser等(1983)诊断标准39例为“肯定”诊断、4例为“可疑”诊断.BAEPs记录Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ波绝对潜伏期,Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ传导时间,潜伏期和传导时间超过标准差2.5倍定为异常.NMR中直径超过3mm,两相应SE序列均发现的高密度灶才定为病理性.结果43例中19例(44.2%)有异常BAEPs表现(Ⅱ-Ⅴ级).异常BAEPs中73.7%
The authors made a comparative study of brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEPs) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) in multiple sclerosis (MS), confirming the value of BAEPs in different levels of brain stem lesions in 43 cases (male 16 female 27) , Aged from 16 to 63 years, all of whom were hospitalized in the recent two years.According to the diagnostic criteria of Poser et al. (1983), 39 cases were diagnosed as “affirmative” and 4 cases were diagnosed as “suspicious.” BAEPs recorded Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ , Ⅳ, Ⅴ wave absolute latency, Ⅰ-Ⅲ, Ⅲ-Ⅴ conduction time, latency and conduction time exceed the standard deviation of 2.5 times as abnormal .NMR diameter of more than 3mm, two corresponding SE sequence were found in high-density lesions were Pathological.Results Abnormal BAEPs were found in 19 cases (44.2%) of 43 cases (Ⅱ-Ⅴ grade), 73.7% of abnormal BAEPs
