以8个低酚棉品种(系)为亲本材料,按Griffing 4方法配制杂交组合,对 28个组合的 F1代进行了分析。结果表明,低酚棉品种(系)间杂种F1具有较强的杂种优势,其籽棉产量和皮棉产量的最大超标优势分别达到27.74%和24.59%.对亲本10个性状的配合力方差分析表明,亲本一般配合力均达到显著或极显著水平,另有5个性状的组合特殊配合力达到显著水平。配合力效应分析表明,中无1051和中棉所18号的综合性状较好,为较理想的亲本。而组合鲁棉 16号 x中无 3535,中无 1051x中无 3535的特殊配合力效应在一些重要农艺性状上表现较好。
A total of 8 low-phenolic cotton varieties (lines) were used as parents to prepare hybrid combinations according to the method of Griffing 4, and the F1 combinations of 28 combinations were analyzed. The results showed that hybrid F1 between low-phenolic cotton varieties had strong heterosis, and the maximum over-standard advantages of seed cotton yield and lint yield reached 27.74% and 24.59% respectively. The analysis of variance of combining ability of the 10 traits of the parents showed that the general combining ability of the parents reached significant or extremely significant level, and the special combining ability of 5 traits reached the significant level. The analysis of combining ability showed that the comprehensive characters of Zhongwu 1051 and Zhongmiansuo 18 were better, which was the ideal parent. However, the special combining ability effect of No 3535 in the combination of Lumian 16 x, 3535 in the medium without 1051x, performed well on some important agronomic traits.
