初中体育课作为与学生身心健康发展联系密切的学科,一直以来备受关注。不少人主观地认为,初中体育课不需要设计,仅仅完成课堂中的运动或者游戏即可,其实相反,初中体育课需要课前设计、课中学生的积极参与、课后的作业设计,这样才能形成一堂完整的体育课。根据教学实践,认为“有效设计”在初中体育课活动中占着较大的比重。学生在“有效设计”中,有助于激活学生对体育课堂的兴趣和热情,更有助于学生在课中有效地自主学习。从课前、课中、课后三个方面来谈了如何促进初中体育课改革,并结合教学实践论述如何对初中体育课进行“有效设计”。
