经过十五年艰苦谈判里程,我国终于在2001年11月11日被世界贸易组织接纳为第143个成员,并于12月11日正式“入世”。我国正式“入世”后,将会全面参与世贸组织的各项工作,同时,也将全面享受世贸组织赋于其成员的各项权利,许将遵守其组织规则和认真履行义务。“入世”对我国的房地产业,特别是广州的房地产业所产生的影响会是十分巨大的。这就意味着其必将会融入到“国内竞争国际化,国际竞争全球化”的大潮之中。它既是我国房地产业、特别是广州房地产业的一次难得的发展机遇,又是一次严峻的挑战。在这种新的国际和国内形势面前,作为房地产企业的决策人,必须要清醒地认识形势,做好应对“入世”的思考。只有这样才能在科学基础上制订出本企业发展策略,使企业立于不败之地。
After 15 years of arduous negotiations, China was finally accepted as the 143th member by the World Trade Organization on November 11, 2001 and officially became “WTO” on December 11. After China officially entered the WTO, China will fully participate in all WTO tasks and at the same time fully enjoy the WTO rights granted to its members. They will abide by their organizational rules and fulfill their obligations conscientiously. “WTO ” on China’s real estate industry, especially in Guangzhou’s real estate industry will have a huge impact. This means that it will surely be integrated into the tide of “internationalization of domestic competition and globalization of international competition.” It is not only a rare opportunity for the development of real estate industry in our country, but also real estate industry in Guangzhou. It is also a serious challenge. In the face of this new international and domestic situation, as the decision-maker of real estate enterprises, we must clearly understand the situation and do a good job of thinking about “entering the WTO.” Only in this way can we formulate the strategy of enterprise development on the basis of science and make the enterprise invincible.
