介绍了煤矿定向钻机用斜面增力式制动装置的工作原理及结构形式,并进行改进设计。运用三维建模软件NX和有限元仿真软件ABAQUS完成了制动机构的运动学仿真和应力、位移分析。分析结果表明,卡瓦与轴的接触等效应力沿圆弧面呈不对称分布,制动灵敏度达到1.98%。经现场试验验证,该设计能够满足控制精度要求。
This paper introduces the working principle and structural form of the ramp-type force-increasing brake device used in the directional drilling rig of coal mine and carries out the improved design. The kinematics simulation and stress and displacement analysis of the brake mechanism were completed by using the three-dimensional modeling software NX and the finite element simulation software ABAQUS. The analysis results show that the contact equivalent stress between the slip and the shaft is asymmetrical along the arc surface, and the braking sensitivity reaches 1.98%. The field test verified that the design can meet the control accuracy requirements.
