液压伺服马达是伺服驱动系统的执行元件,马达性能的好坏直接影响整个伺服系统的品质,特别是液压伺服马达的动态特性和低速稳定惟最为重要。目前我国的液压伺服马达主要是低速稳定性远远不能满足伺服系统的要求,欲提高马达的低速稳定性,降低马达的最小速度成为研制伺服马达的关键。活塞是诸多种类型的马达必不可少的关键部件,活塞设计加工的优劣直接影响着马达的低速性能和寿命。我们准备从液压伺服系统的理论分析出发,通过对我所研制的YCM系列马达的结构
Hydraulic servo motor is the actuator of the servo drive system. The performance of the motor has a direct impact on the quality of the servo system, especially the dynamic characteristics and low speed stability of the hydraulic servo motor. At present, the hydraulic servo motor in our country mainly can not meet the requirements of the servo system because of its low speed stability. To improve the low speed stability of the motor and reduce the minimum speed of the motor, it becomes the key to develop the servo motor. Pistons are the essential components of many types of motors. The design and processing of pistons directly affect the low speed performance and life of the motor.
