带有拉电子或给电子基的各种芳香化合物于室温下,以水为溶剂与I_2O_5(2倍)、KBr(2.5倍)发生芳环区域选择性溴代反应,21中16例收率为68%~96%。对二苯酚得2-溴-4-羟基苯酚的收率仅27%,苯乙酮得α-溴代苯乙酮。
Various aromatic compounds with electron-withdrawing or electron-donating groups were selectively brominated with aromatic ring at room temperature with I_2O_5 (2 times) and KBr (2.5 times). The yield of 21 in 21 cases was 68% ~ 96%. The yield of 2-bromo-4-hydroxyphenol was 27% for p-diphenol and α-bromoacetophenone for acetophenone.
