应用放射配体结合测定法,研究老年鼠睾丸糖皮质激素受体(GR)的变化。结果表明,老年鼠睾丸细胞液GR的最大结合容量(Ro)为48.43±11.87fmol/mg蛋白,显著低于成年鼠的59.69±12.73fmol/mg蛋白(P<0.01),GR的平衡解离常数(Kd)无显著性变化(P>0.05)。同时测定了血浆皮质醇、睾酮浓度及外周血白细胞GR的特异结合量(Rs)和睾丸细胞液磷脂酶A2的含量,探讨了GR变化与衰老发生的关系。
Radioligand binding assay was used to study the changes of testicular glucocorticoid receptor (GR) in aged rats. The results showed that the maximum binding capacity (GR) of GR in testicular cells of aged mice was 48.43 ± 11.87 fmol / mg protein, which was significantly lower than 59.69 ± 12.73 fmol / mg protein in adult mice (P <0.01) ), There was no significant change in the equilibrium dissociation constant (Kd) of GR (P> 0.05).
