对饲育于简易屏障设施环境中野生小家鼠的F_1代(源于海南岛的62只,祟明岛的57只)的生长情况作了比较分析。结果显示:祟明雌、雄鼠初生时的平均体重均大于海南雌、雄鼠,但60日龄时体重相似。初生至60日龄的生长发育情况有一定差异,初生至10日龄两岛小家鼠增重幅度均很大,祟明岛鼠10~20日龄处于生长加速期,海南岛鼠加速生长期延续至30日龄。35~40日龄两岛小家鼠都出现体重下降,45~60日龄平均增重都较平稳。作者认
The growth status of F 1 generation (62 from Hainan Island and 57 from Chongming Island) of wild Mus musculus was compared in the environment of simple barrier facility. The results showed that the average body weight of spermatozoa and males at birth was higher than that of female and male Hainan, but the body weights were similar at 60 days of age. Growth and development of newborn to 60-day-old have some differences between the newborn to the 10-day-old two-island house-based Mus musculus weight gain range, Chongming Island rats 10 to 20 days of growth and acceleration, Hainan Island accelerated growth stage Continuation to 30 days of age.
