原发性高血压的患病率在我国呈逐年增加趋势,高血压已经成为我国心脑血管疾病发病的首位疾病。高血压病的发生发展与不良膳食行为如高盐、高脂、热量摄入过多等有密切关系,国内外大量的心血管病防治研究表明,通过膳食途径和体育锻炼可以预防或控制高血压。改善不合理的营养是预防和控制高血压的有效途径之一。而营养健康教育是一种使人们改善不合理生活行为方式的最好干预方法。通过健康教育措施,降低包括高血压在内的心血管病的危险因素及其发病率和死亡率,实施限盐、减重、控烟等综合健教措施后,干预区血压及血脂水平均有所下降。本课题从高血压病人和社区人群两方面着手,采用一系列
The prevalence of essential hypertension in our country has been increasing year by year, hypertension has become the first disease of cardiovascular disease in China.
