目的探究血压听诊音的性质。方法将心音传感器绑缚于右肱动脉血压听诊处,记录测量血压时发生在肱动脉上的血压听诊音波形。结果在肱动脉血压听诊处记录到多种形态的血压听诊音波形,其表现为或是长直线条形态,或是窄高主峰形态,或是宽大主峰形态。血压听诊峰表现为游走性(血压听诊峰不是固定地出现在主峰的某一时点,而是在主峰的所在范围内向左移行)和梭形变化(血压听诊峰由小变大,再由大变小)的特点。结论血压听诊音的性质是共振音。
Objective To explore the nature of blood pressure auscultation. Methods The heart sound sensor was tied to auscultation of the right brachial artery, and the blood pressure of the brachial artery at the time of measurement of blood pressure was recorded. Results Auscultation of a variety of forms of blood pressure auscultation was recorded in brachial arterial blood pressure auscultation, which manifested as either long straight line shape, narrow main peak shape or broad main peak shape. Hepatic auscultation peak showed migratory (blood pressure auscultation peak is not fixed at a certain point in the main peak, but in the main peak of the transition to the left) and fusiform changes (blood pressure auscultation peak from small to large, and then by the large Smaller) features. Conclusion The nature of auscultation of blood pressure is the resonance sound.
