高效课堂一直是教育界孜孜追求的理想教育,这些年来,在教育专家和一线教师的共同努力之下,新课程改革得到了不断深入发展和推进实施,“以课堂为中心,以生为本”、“以学定教,先学后教”、“以活动促发展”等思想精髓已被科研前线的每位教师所接受,课堂教学的有效性也正一步一步得到体现。课堂上,“我们组先来汇报……”、“请问**组,你们这样做的依据是什么?”、“第*组汇报得很好,值得我们组学习。”……这样的回答和交流声此起彼伏。我们惊喜地发现,学生的心灵舒展了,精神丰富了,信心与能力也提高了,学生的生命在课堂上得到了充分的展现与充盈。不过,随着课改践行的深入和多次的课堂观摩,发现我们的数学课堂在有些环节做得还不够到位,如果不能得到正确认识,势必会影响到学生的整个学习,从而无法实现“高效课堂”的愿望。
