应用保尔佳（Polyerga）对人绒癌JAR细胞株作用，观察其对肿瘤细胞生长与形态的影响，检测肿瘤细胞β-hCG分泌和乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）活性的变化。结果显示：保尔佳药物作用后，绒癌细胞数目减少并萎缩。细胞内乳酸脱氨酶反应颗粒明显减少或消失，细胞分泌β-hCG量下降。结果表明，保尔佳具有抑制人绒癌JAR细胞株糖酵解酶活性和细胞分裂增殖的作用，可用于绒癌的辅助治疗。
The effect of Polyerga on human choriocarcinoma JAR cell line was observed. The effect of Polyerga on the growth and morphology of tumor cells was observed. The changes of β-hCG secretion and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity in tumor cells were detected. The results show: Paul good medicine after the role of choriocarcinoma cells reduce and shrink. Intracellular lactate deaminase reaction particles significantly reduced or disappeared, the amount of cells secreting β-hCG decreased. The results showed that Paul Jialu inhibited the human choriocarcinoma JAR cell glycolytic enzyme activity and cell division and proliferation of the role of adjuvant therapy for choriocarcinoma.
