外在特征:成熟班主任专业发展目标:个性化——班主任在工作中逐步形成自己的特色。能够游刃有余地完成班级各项工作,形成自己在工作方式上的个性与优势,所带班级有特色。专业发展问题:有了一定的经验积累,容易墨守成规,容易停留在班主任工作的高原期,难以前进,因而迫切需要进一步的学习与提升,走出职业的厌倦与困惑,迈向新的层次。
