一个做药剂工作的人,如果不懂化学,工作上会感到困难;自学有机化学也是不容易的事。但我们面前的困难是不能克服的吗?不!能克服。我参加革命后就在军队里做药材供应工作。我只受过短期训练,没有经过正规学习,文化程度又低(高小),工作中困难很多。在困难的工作中锻练了我。但药学知识的缺乏却也时常苦恼着我。进学校吗?咱们国家还不可能办那么多的学校。怎么办呢?就要努力自学。现将我自学药用有机化学的一些体会写出,请大家指教。(一)要有信心和决心——相信自己是可以战胜一切困难。一个革命者,为了党和人民的利益,可以做出一般人所不能做出的事,学习也是如此。(二)订出计划做好准备——自学首先要有足够的参考书刊,如:有机化学(人民卫生出版社出版),实用有机化学(恽福森)等和一些有关杂志都可供参考。其次要科学地分配时间。例如我规定每星期一到 A person working as a pharmaceutical agent can find it hard to work if he does not understand chemistry.
