地方优秀音乐文化作为非物质文化遗产的重要内容,其保护和传承已成为社会各界的探讨的热点,同时基础音乐教育改革与高师音乐专业的发展也对地方音乐课程的建构与实践提出了要求。为此,笔者以地方音乐为切入点,用后现代音乐教育哲学的核心理念,尝试在东西方“对话”与“融合”中建构具有民族文化风格和鲜明地域特色的课程与教学论,来实现课程开发、教学方式的转变和地方音乐文化传承三方面共赢的局面。希望有助于学生、教师、教育管理者的思想观念、治学方
As an important part of the intangible cultural heritage, the protection and inheritance of local excellent music culture has become a hot spot in all walks of life. At the same time, the reform of basic music education and the development of music major in higher normal education also put forward requirements for the construction and practice of local music courses. For this reason, with the local music as the starting point, the author attempts to construct the curriculum and teaching with the national culture style and distinctive regional characteristics from the core concepts of postmodern music education philosophy in the “dialogue” and “fusion” of East and West.
