为了避免油气管道工程整体式绝缘接头发生泄漏,结合其结构特点,对可能发生泄漏的部位、通道和泄漏情况进行了分析,并在此基础上,为避免绝缘接头发生泄漏提出了预防建议。研究表明:为避免绝缘接头泄漏,在出厂前就应对内部每个部件进行严格的设计、验证和质量控制,针对设计工况采取避免泄漏的方法,可保证绝缘接头密封性能,对绝缘接头的设计、制造、成品试验和安装具有一定的指导意义。
In order to avoid the leakage of monolithic insulating joints in oil and gas pipelines and the structural features of the monolithic joints, the possible site, passage and leakage of the joints are analyzed. Based on this, preventive measures are proposed to prevent the leakage of insulating joints. The research shows that in order to avoid the leakage of insulating joints, the strict design, verification and quality control of each internal part should be carried out before leaving the factory. The method of avoiding leakage for the designed working conditions can ensure the sealing performance of the insulating joints. The design of the insulating joints , Manufacturing, finished product testing and installation has some guiding significance.
