渗漏是建筑外墙最为常见的质量问题,不仅影响了建筑物的外在形象,而且对建筑物的质量也有不利影响,甚至可能引发安全事故,因此,建筑外墙防渗漏施工技术备受业界关注。鉴于此,笔者将本文命名为《建筑外墙防渗漏施工技术》,首先分析了建筑外墙常见渗漏部位及原因,然后分别阐述了建筑框架结构墙体、外保温层、外墙装饰面层以及外墙细部等部位的防渗漏施工技术,旨在加强与同行的沟通交流,有效解决建筑外墙的开裂渗漏问题,提高我国现代建筑工程质量和使用的性能,延长我国建筑工程的使用年限。
