柴油机处于怠速运转时,会出现发动机工作的响声时大时小,转速时快时慢,这种现象通称为怠速游车,某使用部门对此现象主观的判断是柴油机出现了故障,并认为是喷油泵供油量不均匀所致,然后他们卸下喷油泵边盖,拧松调节臂锁紧螺丝,以怠速供油量最大的缸为准,逐一调整了各缸的供油量。调整完毕,起动试车,怠速运转平稳了,但当操纵手加大油门至额定转速时,却出现转速不能控制情况,造成柴油机“飞车”事故。柴油机怠速运转不平稳,经调整平稳后,为什么会“飞车”呢?
