p2 7 and p1 6 were successfully cloned in 1994. Belong to two different families of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors. The study proved that both are tumor suppressor genes. All through the combination and inhibition of cyclin-dependent kinase, thereby inhibiting cells from G1 phase to S phase transformation [1, 6]. Therefore, the changes of their expression levels may be related to the occurrence and development of lung cancer and the prognosis of cancer. we
