现阶段我国的教育以“选择性”和“个性化”为主要发展方向。大量调查结果显示,我国当前的初中数学教学的现状不容乐观,如教师的教学观念比较陈旧,教学手段比较落后,课堂气氛比较沉闷等问题相当普遍。若想彻底扭转这样的事态,则必须构建全新的数学课堂教学模式,使学生能从课堂教学中感受到真正的快乐,从而大幅度提升课堂教学的有效性,促进学生综合素质的全面发展。本文对如何在初中数学教学中构建“小组合作学习模式”进行研究和分析,并结合自身教学经验,简单阐述了如何应用于实际的教学活动中,以便在其他学科实行推广活动,为我国教育事业的发展贡献出自己最大的力量。

A large number of survey results show that the current status of junior middle school mathematics teaching in our country is not optimistic. Problems such as teachers’ relatively obsolete teaching concepts, backward teaching methods, and dull classroom atmosphere are quite common. If you want to completely reverse such a situation, we must build a new mathematical classroom teaching mode, so that students can feel the real happiness from the classroom teaching, thus greatly improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching, and promote the comprehensive development of students’ overall quality. In this paper, we study and analyze how to construct a “group cooperative learning mode” in junior high school mathematics teaching. Combining with our own teaching experience, we briefly explain how to apply it in practical teaching activities in order to promote activities in other disciplines. The development of education contributes to its own greatest strength.
