在稠油开采中,井口产出油一般都需要加热降粘,通常的方法是用水套炉加热,但管理复杂,占地面积大,一次性投资大。随着开采的深入,伴生气产量逐渐降低,使水套炉用气不足,被迫减少水套炉数量。还有一些无伴生气油藏和少数边远井更是无法使用水套炉,于是各种补充加热方法应运而生,如三管伴热,电加热等,就管理的,简易程度、投资大小及加热效果而言电加热器有着无法比拟的优势。
