作用在活塞式制冷压缩机轴承上的载荷是方向、大小变化的动载荷。但是国内常用的压缩机设计中仍沿用静载荷轴承的设计方法:把工作循环中对应于最大活塞力的载荷作为静载荷轴承的不变载荷来进行最小油膜厚度的计算。这样得到的结果当然和实际不符。国外制冷刊物和会议上已有论述制冷机轴承中轴心轨迹的论文发表,但就目前国内有关设计部门来看,掌握上述设计方法的还很少,需要广泛进行学术交流,使这方面的科技成果能在我国发挥它应有的作用。
