为了研究神经节苷脂GM3(Ganglioside,GM3)对人早幼粒白血病细胞系HL60细胞诱导分化后中性糖脂的影响,将神经节苷脂GM3加到HL60细胞的DME/F12培养液中,观察其对HL60细胞的诱导分化作用及分化后细胞中性糖脂的变化。结果:细胞吞噬功能显著增强,非特异性酯酶活性升高,细胞形态也呈现与这种分化相一致的改变。神经节苷脂GM3诱导HL60细胞分化后细胞中性糖脂各组分的百分含量发生了显著改变,CDH、CMH及CQH显著增多,与分化前相比P<005;CXH显著降低,与分化前相比P<005。结果提示:神经节苷脂GM3诱导HL60细胞分化时改变了细胞中性糖脂的代谢
In order to study the ganglioside GM3 (Ganglioside, GM3) on human promyelocytic leukemia cell line HL 60 cells induced differentiation of neutral glycolipid GM ganglioside GM3 added to DM60 / D12 The culture medium was used to observe the differentiation and differentiation of HL60 cells and the changes of the cells’ neutral glycolipids after differentiation.
