SAW谐振器日益广泛地用在UHf频率源中,对它的性能要求也越来越高。由于应用了“全石英封装”(AQP),又发展了封装后激光频率修正技术,过去数年中,SAW谐振器(振荡器)的性能有了大幅度改进,包括频率准确度及稳定度。 1.频率准确度:如果器件的谐振频率设计为在封装后略高于要求值,在AQP密封后,使用高强度脉冲UV激光束(193nm)可将谐振频率修正到要求值的±1PPM以内,修正范围可达50PPM。当然,频率修正后会对器件的频率稳定度略有影响。
SAW resonators are increasingly used in UHF frequency sources, and their performance requirements are also getting higher and higher. Thanks to the all-quartz package (AQP) and the post-package laser frequency correction technology, the performance of SAW resonators (oscillators) has dramatically improved in the past few years, including frequency accuracy and stability. 1. Frequency Accuracy: If the resonant frequency of the device is designed to be slightly above the required value after encapsulation, the resonant frequency is corrected within ± 1 PPM of the desired value using a high intensity pulsed UV laser beam (193 nm) after the AQP seal, The correction range up to 50PPM. Of course, the frequency correction will slightly affect the frequency stability of the device.
