随着我国改革开放的深入,对外技术合作和贸易往来的迅速发展,引进设备越来越多,大多数引进设备都具有高精度、高速高效、数控、数显、液压及全自动等功能。并且一般引进的设备都要求使用国外名牌石油公司的高质量润滑剂和冷却液。解决引进设备的用油问题和尽快开展国产油替代进口油的研究,有重大意义,笔者根据从事设备润滑工作实践和专门调研的体会,针对引进设备用油存在的问题提出如下几点建议。 1.目前引进设备润滑用油存在问题 以往,不少工矿企业在引进设备时,往往忽视设备的润滑问题,只注重设备的自动化程度和工艺性,对有关设备润滑技术资料,技术参数不够重视;润滑资料不及时翻译和消化,以致有的设备已进入安装调试阶段才临时选用或配制代用油品,结果无法按技术要求进行调试。例如;南宁某厂原引进西德RF30/50型大型精密滚齿机床,该机床有24个故障自动报警装置;机器在运行过程中若润滑油不足、粘度不合适、油清洁度不够、温度过高、油压力不
