晚期血吸虫病肝硬化腹水（简称晚血腹水）并发原发性腹膜炎（简称SBP）是该病的严重并发症和主要死亡原因之一．1980～1991年，我院收治了晚血腹水病人619例，其中并发SBP的102例．为了探讨其临床症状、体征的特点，及早明确诊断和治疗，现将有关资料报告如下．1临床资料102例
Advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis and ascites (referred to as late ascites) complicated with primary peritonitis (SBP) is a serious complication of the disease and one of the main causes of death.
