应用减压井控制堤基渗流在国内外行之已久,在减少堤坝下游扬压力,防止有害管涌及流土破坏、稳定基础等方面获得肯定效果。我省1964年起在北江大堤首先应用减压井解决堤基渗流问题,继而在公平水库采用塑料管过滤器兴建一批减压井,皆获得良好效果。1984年以来,在北江大堤加固工程及韩江南北堤加固工程中又新建一批减压井。(见附表1)。因塑料井管成本较低,滤管采用条孔式,加工制作免去繁杂的缠丝工序,过滤器质量较可靠,安装较易等优点,故近期工程中较多采用硬聚氯乙烯管。
The application of relief wells to control the seepage of embankment has long been carried out at home and abroad and has obtained some positive results in reducing the pressure of the downstream embankments and preventing the destruction of harmful piping and runoff and the stability of foundation. Since 1964, the province started to apply relief wells to embankment seepage problems in the Beijiang Levee. Afterwards, a number of relief wells were built with plastic pipe filters in Fair Reservoir, all of which achieved good results. Since 1984, a number of new relief wells have been newly built in the reinforcement of the Beijiang Levee and the reinforcement of the South and North Riverside Dyke in the Hanjiang River. Due to the low cost of plastic tubing, the filter with a hole, processing eliminates complicated winding process, the filter is more reliable, easy to install, etc., so the recent project more rigid PVC pipe.
