文章基于PLC FX2N-48MR设计了后定位器机械手控制系统。介绍了硬件和软件设计方案以及后定位机械手的机械设计,并给出了PLC硬件电气装配图。综合利用光机电气数一体化技术,采用数字化软件及虚拟样机设计技术和PLC控制技术。本控制系统具有技术含量高,制造成本低,设备的附加成本低,安全、节能、环保等优点。
The article based on the PLC FX2N-48MR post-positioning manipulator control system. The hardware and software design scheme and the mechanical design of the post-positioning manipulator are introduced, and the PLC hardware electrical assembly drawing is given. Comprehensive utilization of the number of optical-electrical integration technology, the use of digital software and virtual prototype design technology and PLC control technology. The control system has the advantages of high technology content, low manufacturing cost, low additional cost of equipment, safety, energy conservation and environmental protection.
