将纳米La_2O_3/聚苯胺复合物填加在环氧树脂防腐涂料中,涂在光亮的低碳钢试样上;将涂层试样浸泡在1 mol/L HCl溶液中,测试其极化曲线和交流阻抗。实验结果表明,试样在HCl溶液中浸泡时,极化电阻和涂层电阻均随浸泡时间的延长而逐渐降低。当La_2O_3∶An=25∶1时,涂层的极化电阻和涂层电阻最大,电容值最小且变化不大,腐蚀电流密度最小;涂层的屏蔽性能、耐渗透性能和对金属试样的防护性能最好。
The nanometer La_2O_3 / polyaniline composite was filled in the epoxy resin anticorrosive paint and coated on the bright low-carbon steel sample. The coating sample was soaked in 1 mol / L HCl solution to test its polarization curve and AC impedance. The experimental results show that the polarization resistance and the coating resistance decrease gradually with immersion time when immersed in HCl solution.
