为了获得低能量导爆索水下爆炸冲击波特性,在水下爆炸试验容器中对复合铝纤维爆炸索进行水下爆炸实验。采用PCB压电型传感器测量水中爆炸冲击波压力脉冲,获得了复合铝纤维爆炸索冲击波压力峰值,计算了其冲击波比能和高压区冲击波比能。研究结果表明:复合铝纤维爆炸索冲击波能量的输出主要集中在特征时间内的高压区,占到冲击波比能的84%。通过复合铝纤维爆炸索水下爆炸冲击波特性的研究,为其下一步的推广应用奠定了基础。
In order to obtain the underwater blast shock wave characteristics of the low energy detonating cord, the underwater explosion experiment of the composite aluminum fiber explosion cable was carried out in the underwater explosion test vessel. The pressure pulse of blast shock wave was measured by using PCB piezoelectric sensor. The peak pressure of blast wave of composite aluminum fiber explosion cable was obtained. The specific energy of shock wave and the specific energy of shock wave in high pressure area were calculated. The results show that the output of shock wave energy of composite aluminum fiber explosion cable mainly concentrates in the high pressure area within the characteristic time, accounting for 84% of the specific energy of shock wave. Through the research on the underwater explosion shock wave characteristics of the composite aluminum fiber explosion cable, it laid the foundation for the popularization and application of the composite aluminum fiber explosion cable.
