用差动扫描量热计(DSC)研究了松香型透明成核剂成核PP的非等温结晶行为和透明性及力学性能。结果表明:松香型透明成核剂及分散剂能提高PP的结晶温度,能加快其结晶速率,并对PP的结晶度、晶粒尺寸和透明力学性能有明显的影响。
The non-isothermal crystallization behavior and transparency and mechanical properties of rosin-based transparent nucleating agent nucleated PP were studied by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The results show that rosin transparent nucleating agent and dispersant can increase the crystallization temperature of PP, accelerate the crystallization rate of PP, and have obvious influence on the crystallinity, grain size and mechanical properties of PP.
