双相不锈钢(S32205)在不同焊接工艺及焊接材料的情况下,展现的性能与组织有所不同。为使双相不锈钢(S32205)的焊接接头达到预期的性能,形成预期的金相组织和相比例,以保证该双相钢的焊接性,使得接头具有较强的抗腐蚀能力,本文分析研究了该材料在不同焊接工艺下产生的金相组织和抗腐蚀能力,对实际生产中双相不锈钢的焊接具有较好地指导作用。
Duplex stainless steel (S32205) shows different performance and organization in different welding processes and welding materials.
